KALADHWANI was founded in June 2020 by Bharatanatyam danseuse and Hindustani Vocalist RADHIKA KATHAL.

With an experience of over 20 years in the arts, both in Performance and Teaching, she has devised a pedagogy at Kaladhwani to provide holistic learning to the learners by exposing them to the arts and understanding the links between different dimensions of arts – Rhythm, Music, Poetry, Mythology, Literature and Fitness.

Kaladhwani is currently engaged in imparting quality education in Bharatanatyam and Hindustani Music with artists graded and recognized by the Government.

Kaladhwani’s aim is to translate the experience of GURU-SHISHYA Parampara in the 21st century. Evolution is inevitable and thus arts also have to evolve.

Kaladhwani intends to create a Gurukul of performing arts where anyone and everyone can experience, indulge and learn different art forms. A space which makes Performing Arts accessible to all.
